Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You get a confirmation email right away and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Remote areas and busy holiday periods can take a little longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide on every order that includes a humidifier. An express option is available at checkout.

Customs

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@mjmist.shop within 30 days of your order date. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced free of charge.
